GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE

The Governance Structure of BEMCO consists of a Board of Directors that oversees an Executive Committee and Management Team who are responsible for all aspects of the ‘day to day’ operations of the Company.

  • Chairman of Buhindi International, based in Dubai – interests in construction, real estate investment, high end furniture retailing and hotel management
  • Director of Mirage Promotions, UAE’s leading events management and production company

  • Studied in the USA, completing a Bachelor of Science degree
  • Founding member of BEMCO with extensive involvement in the industry and the Company’s development

  • Professional qualification in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, one of India’s premier institutions
  • Over 37 years of management experience in a wide range of MEP projects
  • One of the founders of BEMCO and instrumental in managing the Company’s growth, including many of its key projects

Mr. Sandeep Agarwal Director and General Manager

  • Professional qualification in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, one of India’s premier institutions
  • Over 37 years of management experience in a wide range of MEP projects
  • One of the founders of BEMCO and instrumental in managing the Company’s growth, including many of its key projects
  • A qualified Mechanical Engineer from the YMCA University of Science and Technology in India
  • Over 34 years of experience in all facets of HVAC project design, estimation, execution and after-sales service in India and Bahrain
  • Leads the Company’s MEP maintenance operations and is actively involved in the Company’s technical training
